Canadian Orders

Canadian orders can be processed through my online store. Shipments within Canada will be made by Canada Post. Canada Post offers the least expensive shipping method available for my products, which most often must be shipped as parcels not as letter mail. The shipping cost is a flat rate of $10 per order for all addresses in Canada, which includes 13% HST as required for my Ontario based store. Flat rate shipping costs are fixed, which means that the cost to my customers is the same for shipping one item as it is for shipping any other number of items. Canada is a large country and, unfortunately, shipping is expensive.

US and International Orders

Currently, US and International orders cannot be processed online. Items are still available for sale to US and International customers however, shipping costs will be determined on each order individually and communicated during ordering conversations. Canada Post will be used for all US and International orders.

Privacy Policy

Private information obtained during the ordering and shipping process will never be shared with any third parties, except payment processing details required by PayPal or Square and shipping details required by Canada Post.

Payment – PayPal and Square Credit and Debit Transactions

PayPal and Square are third party providers of credit and debit transactions. Both are widely used secure methods of payment for online and in person transactions.

Returns

Returns, if necessary, can be arranged. Items to be returned must be in saleable condition to be accepted for return. Please email me before returning an item so that any issues can be resolved. Acceptable returns will be allowed for 10 business days after delivery of the items. Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. Please use Canada Post Xpresspost insured for the correct value of the returned items.

Supervision of Small Children Warning

As with any product that has small parts, please ensure that small children do not use my products without appropriate supervision. Small objects can present a choking hazard.
