I created this chaplet bracelet, inspired by St. Faustina and Sister Catherine Labouré. Two chaplets in one, praying one at a time, honouring Our Blessed Mother. As the title describes it is inspired by Divine Mercy and the Miraculous Medal.

Two Chaplets in one lovely bracelet. After reading St. Faustina’s diary, I was inspired by her words “Jesus, I trust in You. I trust in the ocean of Your mercy”. The second part is not so popular. The “ocean of Your mercy” strikes me and I wanted to share this with others, for those who are not familiar with her diary. The ocean is so vast and deep and seems to go on forever when you stand ashore. Such comfort Jesus offers. This bracelet features a specialty bead of the image Faustina brought to us, “Jesus, I trust in You” with rays of light and blood and water.

The second chaplet of this bracelet is the Miraculous Medal. Sister Catherine Labouré of France in 1830 had an apparition of Mary, who guided her to create an image of Our Blessed Mother and have it stamped as a medal. Mary guided Sister Catherine to add these words around the image: “O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee” I am truly inspired by this story, so much so that I added these words to my chaplet to recite on each of the ten beads. The Miraculous Medal image is the second specialty bead featured.
